There is no definitive answer to this question. Koro-sensei punished Irina by grooming her (Irina’s sexual groaning loud enough for the entire class to hear outside), dressing her into a gym outfit, and “doing that thing with his tentacles”. So wile there is no concrete evidence yet that Koro-sensei will come back to life in the third season of Assassination Classroom, there is a good chance that he will.

In the anime and manga series Assassination Classroom, Koro-sensei is in love with Aguri Yukimura, the deceased love interest of Koro-sensei. He was a talented journalist who worked for a major newspaper unil he was fatally stabbed in the back by an unknown assailant. Ryushi Korogane was the human name of Korosensei. Nagisa Shiota and his classmates are able to take advantage of this vulnerability and finally succeed in killing him. This occurs after he is severely injured by a prototype anti-sensei weapon.
